So I decided to start this thing where I post a picture everyday showcasing the world through my eyes.  Pretty great, right?  One of the goals I made for myself is to push myself more creatively, and I also want this to be a reminder to find beauty in every single day.  Because it's there, whether or not one wants to look for it.  I'm also procrastinating on writing a paper right now. {shh.} But here is my picture.  Let the 1000 words come forth.

My day: rain, coffee, work. It's also Oktoberfest weekend. Which means the city is running rampant with drunks and police. I'm sure there's some German heritage celebration happening too. Somewhere. Happy Oktoberfest-ing!
